Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to power up your coffee routine, and we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

Currently, Kreva ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on your location.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or USPS service disruptions.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all subscriptions, variety packs, kreva mug orders, and orders over $40. Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders and will be calculated at checkout. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have not received your tracking information, check your spam folder or contact us at support@krevalife.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or your local USPS office.
  2. Allowing an extra 24-48 hours, as USPS may mark packages as delivered early.
  3. If your package is still missing, contact us at support@krevalife.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Address Errors & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at support@krevalife.com. We can update your address  Once it has left our facility, we are unable to make changes.
