Cancellation policy
We offer subscriptions and pre-orders for select products. Here’s what you need to know about modifying or canceling these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you’ll receive scheduled deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each shipment unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel at any time. Simply follow the links in your order confirmation email to manage or cancel your subscription.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item before it’s officially in stock. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. If a deposit is collected, your payment method will be stored, and the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled if only a partial payment was made. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
